Encountered this scammer on POF. Said he was Italian and a real-estate agent, living in Beverly Hill. While texting, he had an excellent mastery of the English language, which is quite unusual. However, he refused to talk on the phone, citing his phone speaker was broken. Wanted to video chat on google hangout and tried to fool me with a doctored video of the same person he is using the photos from. I have not been able to find out who the photos belong to, but there are reports of photos being used by scammers on other romance scam reporting sites. He has multiple profiles on POF, so I am including all of the photos he sent me and the ones I found on other sites.

I have been chatting to this man for nearly 2 years under the name VICTOR DUBLIN! EMAIL VICTORDUBLIN2@gmail.com. early stages of chatting, communicated one by video call. No volume during the call.
He hasn't sent me any photos when I request on.
Has request money for consignment box.

He states he is in Yemen on his final depolyment and will be retiring this Dece 2019. He is army doctor/soldier. Has a 16 yr old son, late wife died in car accident 5 years ago. I hooked up with him on LDS Pal site n wanted to chat hangout.
