Thanks so much to the people on here, I found this website through a reverse google image search as this person who i matched with on a dating site told me he was a combat engineer from New Jersey stuck in Australia due to covid. Sorry I dont have an email as I knew straight away he was a catfish scammer and reported him to the dating app.
