Today, we are recruiting customer-oriented Customer Service Agent to supervise e-money exchange process and solve any emerging issues that our clients might experience with precision and efficiency. Customer Service Representative is a temporary position from home. New crew employer gets quick on-the-job education, lasting for 4 weeks. Traning period is fully compensated. This is a primary wage position, monthly salary making up $2950. Company pays 5-7% bonuses for extra performance. Note, that the full-time position is also available after trial period.
JOB PROSPECTS
Position prospects for Customer Service Agent are expected to be exceptional since we are opening branch in the US in July. Beginning from July, there are many types of emloyment: part-time and full-time work from home and full-time office job (for New York city residents). First month of the trial period is alwaysnecessarilly a part-time with the opportunity to transfer to a full-time based on the results of the probation. Applicants with good driving force and basic computer knowledge should have the best job prospects.
JOB DUTIES:
- Handle a large range of E-currency exchange rates and operations within the internet environment every day;
- Supervise the exchange processes from FIAT (regular money) to E-currencies and back;
- Operate with customers, provide them with full information about the services, payment and benefits of the company. All communication is via the e-mails, and we find customers. It's not a sales job!
REQUIREMENTS:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Experience in work in client care is welcome but not mandatory;
- Good PC and office programs skills;
- Reliability, thoroughness, care for meeting set deadlines;
- Reachable via phone and e-mail throughout the day;
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent.
The Supervisor will guide you at every step at the start of the trial period and instruct you how to work with currencies and customers. You will be required to keep him/her updated about the work process and report on the completed assignments. The successful applicant will have the chance to immediately work with ongoing and new E-commerce related service vendors within the USA. It is a challenging and prosperous position which gives fantastic exposure to the E-money exchange and transactional elements of worldwide E-commerce and offers the opportunity for career growth and the stable income.
