Woman arrested for Embezzlement

Postby Stealth » Fri Nov 02, 2012 5:33 am

This sad story goes to show just how far a victim might go in order to keep the favor of their mugu..

A Newbury Park woman was arrested on suspicion of major fraud and embezzlement after sending thousands of dollars to a man she met on the Internet, Moorpark police said.

Police said Luellen Leyva, 58, allegedly admitted to taking about $700,000 from her employer. Investigators said Leyva told them she wrote checks on her employer’s account to herself and deposited them into two personal accounts.

She then wired the money to a man she met on an Internet dating site, investigators said, as well as to others purporting to be his representatives.

Police said the woman told them she wired the man more than $500,000 from one of her bank accounts.

I hope the courts at least show her a bit of mercy. It was wrong for her to go as far as embezzling (perfect example of how far gone a victim can get), but it seems this piece of crap had her believing he was falsely imprisoned by the USA and likely had her in terror about it and devastated. I hope in this case, because of the seriousness of this crime there is a far more aggressive pursuit of this mugu by law officials....one can dream right?

You are exactly right Stealth.
This woman is and was livimg in the fantasy world the mugu created. She believed in all those things he told her and with all her innocent heart, believed that she was helping him. She was hypnotised by this evil creature.
He, the mugu has the power of the devil.

It's a very sad story :( Scammers have no shame at all. He just destroyed a good hearted woman's life who believed in a better future with him. I can imagine how devastated she is right now. Hopefully karma will find them all...
