German newspaper article on romance scams

Rough and quick summary:
Romance scams are on the rise. A typical local victim´s story (UN-soldier on Facebook, [four-, or five-, can´t read it, the left border is cut] figure-amount lost to recipients in Ghana). Policeman in Hamburg "specialized in romance scams" says "70 reports to us per year". How scams work, who does these things and what to do is explained towards the end and on the side column and are basically identical to what we say here :)

Is there an English version. My heritage is German, but my grandfather was the last to read/speak it.

Normalyl I´d have done that but sorry, it´s a bit too long ;) the info therein is one "case" and much very correct ("standard") FAQ-material - maybe someone wishes to volunteer on translating this one ;)

Or can you try photograph the extended jpg with Android app "Google translate", it is supposed to do right this :)
