did you ever meet him in person ?? every one online who ask money = 100% scammer. So could you please post more detail bout him such as his email ID, skype ID, phone number, pics, email texts with money request, etc.
We here already said that the real person in the pic is Sgt Dakota M and scammer stolen his pics to used in scam.
and the RPO never register in any dating site or looking relationship online coz he already have his own life.
