So sorry to read about your adventure, at least $500 is a small amount compared to me losing $15,000 to scammer Raymond Peterson, am so ashamed because he asked me to borrow from my friends and few lending companies in return he will pay off in full todate nothing has happened, which will take me quiet a while to repay and looking foolish to people who highly respect me.

On the other hand, it has already changed my life style abit and just scraping through each day!!!
We all need to move on! and let nature take its course for these scammers!!!

I know Peter Nather as Peter Nathan. He was "swooning" me the same time. I received exactly the same worded emails. Did he also call you at odd hours, the last time he called me was 2am this morning, telling me he loved me. Yeah right. Did you pour your heart out to him as well????

I have only realised as of today how much I was scammed. He did ask me for money but I told him I couldn't help him but I still believed he loved me and wanted so much to be with me. I have also reported him to scamwatch.
It all came to a head today when I got a phone call from a teddy bear company here in Australia advising that the credit card he used to purchase it was stolen. i explained to the rep from the company of the situation and he was more sympathetic to my situation to his own. He even told me to keep the bear, destroy the tshirt. He also gave me his name and contact number and stated anytime I would like a new shirt for the bear to call him and he will send it free of charge. i thought that was awesome.
The mongrel broke my heart, I will never fall for that again. I'm sticking to dating sites that are so secure and to people in my own area.

I do have one problem though, even the reputable dating sites and those people who say they are local have their problems.

He is a fraud ladies!! I know from experience! He ropes you In, makes you think that he loves and cares about you, and takes your money.he says he is self employed in the grandfather clock business.Ladies Beware because he is on numerous dating websites. The one I was on was Pof.He stringed me along for 6mos. I now have issues with identity theft and I know he is Behind it all. I am turning all my information over to the proper authorities and he will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the Law!!!!
