This guy is now using FB Messenger to lure people and requesting Amazon gift cards. I've been doing some digging and hope to find out more. He's got multiple Instagram profiles, always the Divelbiss last name but first names include: Thomas, James, Carlos, Ethan, Jeff, etc. There's also the 2 Facebook profiles which appear to be other scammer's accounts. The photo below is from an OK Cupid account. Also, his last name tag and the US Army tag have been seen on different sides of his chest, backwards and forwards too, so it may likely be a photoshopped nametag...

Hello and thank you. Unfortunately, I don't have any of that information. A phone number or an email address of the person who was using his photos. He got a hold of me through Facebook and I called him on the lies, so he disappeared. I've attempted to reach the real person and filed a report with the Army as well. Hopefully whoever is doing this will be caught.

Now one is using this man's photo and goes by the name Ben Thomas with a son named Scott.


He was on FB dating stating he lives in Nashville, TN. Once you talk, he is stationed in Iraq. After 3 weeks of messaging, he needs money to process his leave because he wants to start his life with me.

He has a video of this man and 6 other pictures of him. Most are of him when he is younger but he has a few of an older version. But close examination shows it is two different people but are kinned to each other. A mole which is usually on the left side of his nose shows up on the right side in one picture.
