I have been receiving messages and pictures from this man for the past 4 weeks. Never can talk on the phone and only talks late at night mainly. Here are his images. Makes time to meet and never comes through. Phone number exactly what you have..480.808.3773. Please tell me is this really a scammer?

Could you provide an email address and messages he sent, and where did you get to know this person?

I always deleted my text in my messages. But basically we planned 3 times to meet..he would ghost me. Said he was an Art Director. He in the beginning tried to get sexual in text and wanted pictures. Told me how much he loved talking to me. Most conversations were between 7pm-4am. When I would call he never answered. Had a weird computer voice outgoing message.. I just happen to search his number and this site showed up. Said he was falling for me blah blah blah... I knew in my gut something didn't feel right...now I know why.....

I should have followed my gut when he wouldn't call me ever.....I am staying away from internet dating sites....I forgot to tell you I met him on POF the dating website....he even has my address so that's a bit scary....ugh!!

VoIP, i.e. not a classic landline but a "computer" phone number ("voice over internet protocol", or similar). This means the area code no more discloses the real location.

VoIP - an internet service (bundles) that allows scammers to use the phone features to call other countries, pretend to be at a location they say they are at, but they are not.
They use VOIP-DID to make the calls using internet to transmit as a phone call. They use cellphones that are linked to the ISP service for internet access and their area code shows location of VoIP transfer provider headquarters .
